Fundamentals
Our Values
01. We’re Inclusive
We are focused on building an engaged community of women that champions equity and each other!
02. We’re Curious
We encourage our members to dive deep into their ambitions and goals, continually searching for opportunities.
03. We Take Action
We don't just talk about what is possible, we go out there and do it. Our mentors work with mentees to take action toward their goals.
04. We Dream Big
We believe whole heartedly that you can accomplish anything you can imagine and put effort behind; you have to dream it first.
Mentoring Reimagined
Just like Uber revolutionized the cab industry and Netflix improved at-home entertainment, we are committed to innovating the concept of mentorship. We don’t believe that the traditional model is effective and have experienced its many limitations. We thought outside of the box, challenged everything, and made something better!
Dynamic Approach
We leverage a one-to-many model that holds the mentee at the center. We are not reliant on a direct matching (or mismatching) system. Our mentees experience greater satisfaction by drawing from different points of view, experiences, perspectives, and ways of being in the world fueling a process that helps them achieve their goals more quickly.
Revolutionary Mentoring Model
We break down stereotypical roles and belief systems about mentoring. Our older more seasoned women can be a mentee as well as a mentor and vice versa for younger members. We provide easy access to resources that continue to support our members along their journeys.
Safe Space
Our circles take place outside organizations, providing an environment with less groupthink and greater safety to explore growth opportunities. We have a global reach as our interactions are all conducted virtually (for now!) We cultivate sustainable mentoring that transitions into intentional, actionable networking as part of a community of inspiring and connected women.
